- The corridors and common areas are gallery spaces where artists exhibit their work; each piece can be purchased and shipped worldwide.

Essadia's cuisine is above all a generous and tasty cuisine made to order and at the table d'hôtes every Thursday evening, on Friday it is couscous, it is recognized as one of the best in the region.
